Hey everyone. I'm new here and just getting into Spyderco's :) I see a Manix 2 sprint at Osogrande Knives at 239.00. Does this look like a reasonable deal, and are they a reputable dealer? Can't find much else online yet about this sprint run.... Pre-order of course :) I see it's also at Knife Center for pre-order. Any of the dealers more likely to come thru on these pre-orders than others?

I think I found it the Carbon fiber with CPM 145/S90V it appears that most of the sellers have it listed for $239 so it sounds OK, all the sprints Manix 2 I have bought I picked out an the secondary market and paid $150-175 for, but I expect the "Spyderco C101CFPE2 Manix 2 Folding Knife 3.37" Composite Satin Blade, Peel-Ply Carbon Fiber Handles, Sprint Run" will command a premium over most others.

When it comes to Sprint run Spydercos the only person that can determine a fair value/price is you.

They are a legit dealer. Is it actually showing in stock?

It can't be in stock. Sometimes Oso Grande will indicate things are in stock when they actually aren't in the warehouse.

Edit: I just called them and it's currently available for pre-order. They're not in stock.

I've been getting my hap40 models and the mantra from osogrande. Nothing but good things to say. Free fast shipping, quick email replies, map prices.
