Lots of great watches out there that are not fakes...do not support/purchase a clone/fake watch

Pick up a mechanical watch from Sekio, Hamilton, Swatch these are great entry level watches. A stretch will get you a Nomos or a TAG or a Tudor

While I agree with what most have said about "fakes", I personally enjoy that watch because it was a gift from my father and it's definitely high quality.

Gives new meaning to, "Time and tide wait for no man."

Casio Pro-Trek solar powered atomic watch with some unique features:
Digital compass

Barometer
Thermometer
Tide and moon graph/data
World time (48 cities)

The NATO watch band kicks it up another notch.

I need to get out more.

Man, that watch looks like its been through it all. How long have you had it?
She has :D
At least 7 or 8 years if not more.
Never have ever had to have a battery either.
And alas, the old Pathfinder is retired. Or, semi retired :D
She was 100% faithful and true. Always in sync with the Atomic Clock in Ft. Collins, Co. Of course, the new GShock Mudmaster is as well. Actually, the new one does everything the Pathfinder does. And, the new ver 3 sensor in the Mudmaster is better. Altitude, Compass, Barometer- all very good.

Just read through the thread. Good stuff! I've seen a couple other German watches on here - Sinn, Archimede, Nomos - but no Damasko, so I figured I'd share a quick back porch shot of mine.

First post to this thread. I recently got a nice used Civilian Eco-drive dive watch. Used it yesterday on a quarry lake dive.

Edit: oops! No Spyderco. :o

Nice!

I have a fondness for vintage dive (and other) watches, and have some uncommon old Citizens. Always enjoy seeing some classic design iterations.
Thanks for the pic

(how about an ALOX and NOX pic, lol?)

Time to clean the sap off of the stretch and give the edge a quick touch up. :D
