Yes, Spyderco does attend the SHOT Show. You should be able to find their booth number by going to the SHOT Show website.

They'll have sorta a primary & secondary booth.
We've been going since '96, finally found Sal in residence last year.

Might take you several tries to connect at whichever booth he'll be at.

As a side note, wear very comfortable shoes, and take a comfortable method of toting catalogs & other handouts.
Good luck, wave if you see us. :)

HI Everyone,

Spyderco does indeed maintain two booths.

Booth # 13113 is what we call the Mother Ship and this is where the majority of prototypes will be displayed and manned by Sal, Eric, several visiting custom knifemakers and the Spyderco general sales team.

Booth # 10367 is the Law Enforcement booth, located in that specialty area of the show, and will be manned (womanned) by Michael Janich, TazKristi and Gene Viele.

See you there and have a safe and easy trip to Vegas.

Sal,
Did not mean to imply that you weren't there, just that it took 19 years to finally connect. :)

Thank you so much for the additional information. I have been to the Spyderco factory several times and always come away impressed with how helpful and engaging everyone is at Spyderco. Looking forward to seeing the whole Spyderco crew!!

Especially looking forward to the show this year. Good to see all the Spyder Crew again and fellow collaborators. Timing is good since the Sprig has just become available. Comfortable walking shoes are a good idea as Sal mentioned as well as a GPS to find your way around. Phil

Also, work on your vitamins and overall health! I got to go once in 2013 and spent most of the time in my room because I caught a bug on the plane and got horribly sick. To put it mildly, I kicked myself for that.

I saw Nutnfancy's video from last years show with Sal, Eric, Gayle Bradley, Phil Wilson, Ed Schempp and Brad Southard. Fascinating viewing and disappointed it only lasted 1 hour. Seeing that Brad is now using PSF27 on some of his custom knives I'm guessing that maybe he was inspired to do so by Gayle at the show? I'm sure these guys learn a lot from each other at shows like this.
