Really psyched for this now and looking forward to doing 'The Amsterdam Juggle' again:

(That's where I have to balance notepad on my knee, making notes on the knife I just handled, while handling the knife I've got now, while looking out for the knife being passed down the line and seeing if the guy to my right is ready for the knife I've currently got.....You need about 6 hands and 4 pairs of eyes, really- but it's fun!)
