Which had Christmas duty?
I have 2 kids and relatives visiting, so lots of things to snipped, plastic clamshell to be split etc. My trusty PE cricket for light work, and my VG-10 flat grind endura to break down the boxes afterward. A fun day for a <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>-phile.

My PE Nav 'Kat saw the most use... snipping tape and ties...
My millie was used a couple times, as the serrations work REALLY well on those plastic ties to hold tags on...
Haven't broken the boxes down yet, we might still use them downstairs, but the Endura works well on pizza boxes.

I got one of these earlier and the guy that sold it to me said "It's not a user ya know" when I returned it because it had too much blade play. Well I have two now and I am using one. It takes me back to my first Spydie in 1984, a Worker with a really "wild" hole in its blade and it even opened with one hand.
Last night and today I used this one for tape on gift boxes, excess string on new garments, carved thru those cursed bubblewrapped packages, trimmed plastic flash off toy parts castings that wouldn't join, its pointy blade resized a couple new watch bands and sliced the nabor's fruitcake so everyone could lie about how good it was.
It truly is a "classic" knife that stood above its mundane peers.

I brought my Mini Dyad, but ended up using my micarta SPOT for almost everything.

Rescue 93mm for many boxes, as well as shaving the imperfections off a poorly manufactured plastic bigwheel (plain edge worked well). PE Vesuvius carried through the rest of the stuff, 'cause it was always on-hand. And a Leatherman Wave for the plastic and wires.
