Kristi, is it possible to get a shipping/tracking number for a package with calendar month award? I usually have a problem with delivery guys that deliver my parcels to neighbours.

LC, all awards supposed to be sent (today?) in one batch ***after all contestants uploaded their picture*** submitted in contest (new rules).
The deadline was 16th of October 16:00 MDT. All who did not upload submitted image would be disqualified.

When do the calendars usually go up for sale on the SFO website? I was going to place an order, but may wait until the 2016 calendars are released to take advantage of the free shipping.
