I'm sure that, come Monday, this issue will be addressed and we will be able to upload our photos without degrading them to below 4 MB. It may take a day or two to get the form fixed, or come up with an alternative way for us to deliver our photos, but I'm sure it will happen.

Hi Kristi,
I just submited my image a few moments ago. If for some reason it is not the correct size or resolution, please just let me know and I will re-submit it.

Thanks!

I also hope this is changed. My original image is twice that big and it would be nice to preserve the quality for the printing.

I think that 4MB is quite OK. I've saved my picture @ desired resolution (in px) with little compression to match the 4MB limit. When looking at pictures one by one (commpressed and uncompressed image) I can not spot te difference on my calibrated Eizo display... I just like to mention that year ago was 2MB limit and it was OK for a print that size.

Hi guys,
For anyone still having issues please try to upload your image again. I just successfully uploaded a 9MB file without any problems. We worked on it over the weekend, but we also saw numerous people uploading just fine on Friday. If issues persist please post in this thread.

Thanks.

Kristi

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. I successfully uploaded my picture at 2MBs a few days ago. Should I be uploading it a second time but with a higher res version?

Yeah, if we already successfully submitted a 3.9 MB file, should we upload a higher res one, if available? Or only if we did not successfully upload any image yet?

Ok... I'm a little confused too. I was able to successfully upload my image on Sunday (yesterday), but I have no idea what MB size it is. Am I OK or do I need to re-submit?

If you successfully uploaded an image that met our minimum requirements then you are good to go. There is no reason to upload another.

Edited to add: If you have questions or issues PLEASE post in this thread (instead of PMs or e-mails).

Thank you!!

Kristi

Sorry I'm late to the party! First of all, congratulations you guys, amazing work! I can't wait to have it on my wall all year! Which brings me to my second point: thank you so much Spyderco for such a generous gift! You guys never cease to amaze me! And I can't believe I haven't ended a sentence without an exclamation point yet! What is wrong with me?!
