A prayer for Sal :)

Other runs of integral Super Blue blades, whichever model you think best.

I love my Stretch but it's only sandwiched Super Blue :(

I hope we get another sprint of all superblue models but in solid SB, no lamination this time.

Well what's another knife from moki that would be nice in superblue? They are the ones who do that steel with no laminate

I'm in. Even if it was limited to "only" another run of Super Blue Delicas. :)

Just to be clear, Moki can do solid Super Blue blades and Sakei can do laminated Super Blue blades. If we want more solid Super Blue then we need to be looking at knives made by Moki. I have been asking for a Super Blue Kiwi4 for a while now. Let's go! I have an Endura, Stretch, Delica, Caly3 and Caly3.5 all in Super Blue. Great stuff!!!

The Kiwi 4 epitomises Spyderco's superb in-house (Ok, Sal's) design. Understated, timeless, superbly effective ... nothing's there that doesn't need to be, except perhaps SuperBlue steel.

Laminated sucks. Better than nothing but solid stock is what I want. Very blue the HAP 40 is laminated. Again better than nothing

Kiwi 4 is such a *comfortable* ergonomic knife. Solid SB blade would be awesome.

Would a DLC layer protect super blue from corrosion? I honestly do not know if DLC affords that sort of protection to a blade, but if it did, it could be an alternative to lamination with softer stainless.

Just curious as to what Spyderco production knives come from Moki besides the Caly series?
Is the Police 3 manufactured there? That would be awesome in SB.

http://www.spyderco.com/forumII/viewtopic.php?t=56525" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Just did a Google search and found the thread above......doesn't look like the Police 3 is from Moki
.....but the Calypso IS from there and this would definitely be a nice version in solid Super Blue
Estne Spyderco in toga, an solum tibi libet me videre? :eek:

I would be in for any model in super blue. Kiwi 4 sounds like a great idea. I have been holding off on getting one till there is an alternative to the basic model.
