Oops, I didn't realize I was in this! Thanks for waiting for me, I will guess 1 since I am so late and already have enough Native's as it is.

Good luck to everyone else!

WHOOHOO !!! :spyder:

I cannot remember when last I won anything. Thanks Paladin for the generous prize ! :)

I have sent you a PM with my details, please just confirm that you received it, some of my PM's refuse to leave my "outbox" for some reason.

I am looking forward to play with the new Native 5 LW. I only have the 2013 Forum Knife Native 5, and it sees quiet a bit of pocket time, especially during weekdays at the office. The LW will definitely fill a gap among my 3 inch folders.

Looks like the LW N5 will be "...marching to Pretoria!" or at least flying or sailing :p

Thanks appreciated, but not required because It was more fun for me than probably any of you guys :)

Those of you who sponsored a GAW before know the feeling...

I'm 100% Red, White, & Blue...but I also admit I also got a good feeling that one of our international brothers was fortunate enough to score...

Now Brock & I gotta figure out a way that we don't spend as much on shipping as the retail on the LW N5! :o :p

Seriously though, no worries about that...it will prove to be a fun challenge too plus give me some exposure & experience to int'l shipping with a recipient that will treat me with patience :)

If you've never started a GAW here and thought about it...JUST DO IT!!! It is wonderful.

I agree. Hosting a GAW is far more rewarding than expected. But thanks again.

Thanks gentlemen, better luck next time... :p ;)

Paladin, this Native LW might be the first, or one of the firsts to arrive in South Africa. Non of our dealers stock them yet. One thing I can assure you is that it will not be a safe-queen. That questionable practice goes against my high moral standards. :D

Sure, thats the answer....but whats the question??
I KNOW you have to be pulling everyone's leg......because "what's the question" truly is the answer.
I see that there are Douglas Adams fans here in "the house".....and that just gave me an idea that might be nice and that also came to mind because it is SUMMER!

HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO SEE A LARGE SPYDERCO BEACH TOWEL RELEASED?

That is the last I will mention of this idea.....at least until I can get back to the forum again as life is very busy right now.
I don't want to derail the thread anymore and am quite honestly exhausted and going to bed after this post and too tired to start a thread right now......and I will also likely be away from the forum again for another week :( as I'm very busy both at work and socially these days.

So if anyone else likes the idea and wants to set up a discussion thread before I get back to the Forum......that would be awesome......that is, if there is any interest. Maybe a large red towel with a Spyder in the middle sitting on a black web that spreads over the whole towel? Could either be a lightweight microfiber backpacking towel or a plush beach towel.....either would be awesome :)

Going to bed now......but the "42" reference also reminded me that it is always good to have a towel handy and a Spyderco towel would be extra special :D

You're in The Great White North, right?

Beach Towel???

Wouldn't you be more interested in a Spyderco snowshovel or Parka, or something? ;) :p
