I would probably go with a serrated Pacific Salt. The SE wouldn't stand up to hardwood work like a PE knife but I believe it would stay sharp much longer especially if used to cut fibrous leaves and branches for shelter, traps, etc. At least from your initial list.

If left open to the catalog a discontinued Warrior or currently produced Schempp Rock.
