Release date of Lil' Temperance?

Can anyone tell me when the expected release date of the new Lil' Temperance is? I am excited about this knife, for some reason.

I dunno when it is coming, I'm pretty sure Sal is travelling at the moment so I don't think we will hear from him anytime soon. The mid year supplement should be out by the end of the month, maybe it will be in there. I'm hoping for the Ion personally.

I'm excited for this one as well, although I'll probably try to hold out until there's a sprint with upgraded steel...especially since Sal mentioned he'd personally like one in burgundy scales with ZDP.

Who am I kidding, though...there is a 99% chance I'll pick one up as soon as the first VG-10 run comes out!

I just hope to GOD above that they do a "RHINO HORN" version of this new Lil Temperance model. I had nothing at all against the leaf blade but there was just something special about the Rhino Horn and I do hope that they will be available in Spyderedge like the older leaf blade was.

For a folder with as short of a blade as the Lil T had I don't think there was any model that would equal it in the entire market place IMO.

I was also hoping that it would be GOLDEN, CO USA made but I guess not

It is not going to come soon enough for me. I like the looks of this new one much more than the previous edition.

I seem to remember them saying that there were still some design details up in the air for this one, so I wouldn't hold your breath. I could be wrong about that, though.

I like the handle design on this one better than previous model. Now, for the Salsa sprint run Sal spoke about. That will give us two pocketable compression lock knifes with useful blades.

But: please no titanium handles or all that, just a big slab of g10 with liners, a compression-lock and s35 (should do). You know, like the original :-D

That is exactly what it is, just a couple of slabs of black G10, compression lock, and VG-10. Gone are the finger thingies and depressions in the handle. It looks much better now.

Missed Wouter's pages/pictures, I'm a bit out of the loop it seems.
Hope to see it in more colours than 'just black' G10. An maybe, one day an FRN one..? Keeping the weight and costs down (and my pockets in one piece..!).

This looks to be the Goldilocks of Spydercos. It seems to be not too big, not too small, but just right. We will see when it comes out. And, I am being very patient...
