Knifeworks M4 PM2!

#1

Post by GoldenSpydie »

I didn't see a thread on this yet, so I'm starting one.

From the KW facebook page:

Spyderco CF & M4 Para2
C81CFM4P2
Carbon Fiber Handle with a silver clip and silver hardware
CPM M4 Full Flat ground Plain Edge Blade
1200 Piece Run

Wow! I'll be getting 4 of them for sure. One to use as-is, one to put custom scales on and use, and two to keep NIB. Who else is stoked?

:spyder: :D :spyder:

There was a thread, but it got deleted. Maybe KW's announcement was early?

Oh, just saw it was deleted due to advertising policy.

OH EMM GEE. GIGGITY.

I've been waiting for this for a while. My CPM-M4 Manix 2 is one of my most favorite knives. It's absolutely delightful stuff.

This may just be my foray into M4. I'm a stainless guy, so it's a big jump, but this is a chance to get my hands on a CF PM2. Maybe a blade swap is in order?

It's not there. There's this new thing the kids are using called The Facebook or something. It's how they're getting together nowadays.

Also, we're probably like a year and a half out from this one, so don't get too worked up.

I'm probably the only one here not excited about M4. But my Para 2 sprint/exclusive collection must remain complete. :D

gbelleh, your dedication to the "quest" is inspiring! I likewise was nonplussed by this announcement, but your grit & workman-like resignation to strive onward to Paramilitary 2 Nirvana has inspired me to buy at least 3 now! ;)

I'm in for one. If it was G10 instead of peelply cf I would probably be in for two but for me peelply cf adds nothing but cost over g10.

I still will have to get one.

Now that 204p Military! Whoa! This is now my most anticipated upcoming knife. :D

Well there goes the forum knife!

I'll take one. It goes against everything my collection was founded upon to get a 3rd PM2 in a steel I already have, but...well actually I don't have a CF PM2 yet...rationalization complete! Let's do this!
