Favorite Out-on-the-town knife?

Thought it would be cool to start a thread about what your favorite "fancy" blades to carry are while your out for dinner or just hanging out with some friends. Pictures are welcome :D

There are 2 Spyders I have that I actually do like to show off with. One being my hallowed Sprint run G-10 PE Ayoob model which I think is one of Spyderco's most beautiful blades ever IMO. The other folder I like to flaunt is my C-46 Lum Tanto folder. Both blades really get a lot of attention even from non-knife people. Also I sure get a lot of "oohs and aahs" when I whip one of those bad boys out. With the Lum Tanto being a coated black blade it has an ominous look that demands respect.

The Ayoob model is so ergonomically perfect that you just can't help but like it.

Also here lately I've shown off my Spyderedged JD Smith and the people are just outright blown away by that model as well.

For me, the Vallotton and Nilakka.
Both pretty unique.

The one that gets the more attention is the Civilian... :D Seriously, the Centofante Memory or any damascus blade.

"Out on the town" for me is usually Sage 1, 3, Sb Stretch, one of my pm2s, something that can do it all but isn't too small. I'm not that fancy of a guy (still in my mid 20s which may play a role). For my fancy piece, which I believe is the sense that this thread was created for, (Sunday dinner with my italian family, or a special date with my lady) usually has me taking out the Sage 4. I love the entire package, aesthetics, and a sage will still perform most tasks wonderfully. I still do not have a knife with scales entirely of titanium :(.

For a fancy folder to show off to friends etc... I used these during the holidays during visits and dinners with family and friends.

Even the non-knife people liked them. :)

Don't go "out on the town" anymore, but if I was looking to show off, I'd probably carry one of these:

Small Ed Schempp Persian engraved and gold inlaid by Marcus Hunt:

Large Ed Schempp Persian with stag jigged bone scales by Ron Cochoran:

Bolstered Stretch, a magnificent gift from Sal:

Most likely the Stretch, simply because it almost always spends a few days a week in my pocket.

Plus one of these:

Although not the ones that are one and two up from the bottom on the left. ;)

To show off I carry my small black micarta Persian or, more often, my Caly3 CF in ZDP189.

Deacon you are indeed the KING OF the Kopa and Kiwi models  I'm glad I don't really like either one of those a great deal because you've already hoarded all of them :D

I don't know of any other Spyder that they made that many variants of

Speaking of the Civilian we had a get-together recently where I showed some people one of my Matriarch models and it got some negative attention

But those same people didn't seem to mind me carrying any of my Hawkbills  Go Figure

Looks like there's some really nice blades you guys have! As of right now, my out on the town, out to dinner kinda knife would be my para2. If I had any money I could spend, I would be for sure, getting a sage one. They look really nice and I love the blade shape and simplicity of its design.

If I'm not mistaken, the 'production' Kiwi was only offered in 4 or 5 variants (between Spyderco and A.G. Russell) … the rest were either offered as customized by David or Brian Yellowhorse, Santa Fe Stoneworks, or the Deacon himself commissioned to have them done.
Hands-down THE most amazing Kiwi collection there is …

Oh, yeah, my 'out on the town' knife would be CF Caly 3 … if it's like a wedding or 'formal' I also carry either a MOP Kiwi, or the micarta Solo SO01.
