That snuck up on me. I was thinking about it a couple hundred posts ago, maybe doing a GAW as a thanks to everyone here who has helped me out over the last ~4.5 years. Hard to believe it's been that long already. I've gone from not really knowing or paying attention to steel types beyond "440" and "surgical stainless" and not knowing a dang thing about sharpening other than I really sucked at it....to obsessing over steel types and obsessing even more over my edges. Although I am a member over on a couple other knife oriented forums, I can honestly say that almost everything I've learned has been from this forum and all of you awesome members. I truly thank every one of you and I hope I can spend the next 10k giving back as much as I've received.

Congrats! Post on.

If/when you make it to 100k posts, I will get you a Yojimbo and have a custom maker cerakote it.*

*This offer only good until 2016; you need 90,000 posts in 2015.

Congrats on the milestone! You are in a small group there with over 10,000 posts. How many posts does it take to get your own sprint run? :D
