It’s because they aren’t all color calibrated, I purchased a Spyderx color calibrator for my editing monitor, lesson leaned after sending photos to print and they were way off!
Yeah I get it. It's not so much the colors as it is the intensity (vivid?) of the colors. I have a pretty nice gaming laptop that I bought more for CAD modeling than anything. I've tried to calibrate it as best I can but no matter what I do images on my PC will never look like they do on my phone

I have a brother who's been a graphic designer in Chicago for years. He's "esplained" (in my best Ricky Ricardo voice) a lot of this stuff to me already. I don't think I'll ever need to worry about colors on my pics being off when they go to the printer
Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most!

i use lr/ps to edit my real photos, but my cell phone shots of my knife are all done with the built-in editing in my photos app. you have to be careful not to get too ambitious with sliders unless you have a specific style in mind. sometimes there's a fine line between artistic styling and heavy-handed editing.

congrats to the winners! :)

Ha ! I almost did one , I had an idea but ice thawed quicker than expected. PM 2 subbed yesterday and the CEO was gone so came up with the shot on her puzzle board . I like the lighting in that part of house . I will try to post a shot later of Pacific. MG2
