It's a bit sorry to read posts like the above. I follow this thread regularly as soon as I am present on the forum (on average every other day) and I know that I could have chosen two winning photos, but I didn't want to do it instead of Adrian.Johansson because he committed to choosing these photos twice. But since he did not fulfill this obligation, I choose the abbazaba as the winner.

I say let's revive it.. runner ups turn?
Have fun, but without me, since you do not accept strangers and think that I am not a member of the forum. Sorry for my english, writes from translator.
I never said you weren't a member, you yourself even said you check the forum every other day or so. That means you're here quite frequently. It's a thread that's supposed to be for fun, but it takes the fun out once everyone is waiting a few weeks to see who is selected, that's all. No need to get butt hurt about it, just asking for quicker selections so the thread can move along and continue.

Thanks for picking, and great choices! I do hope you'll stick around and keep participating. I always love seeing your pictures!

and now i'm wondering how a translator will render "butt hurt."
Lmao, can I quote this in my sig? That's amazing.
On topic. Thanks for the nod. I tend to agree with Ladybug and Rick. It's all for fun, I've said it before too (with no offense intended) that we need winners who frequent the forum in order to keep this little contest moving along smoothly.
I have faith in this group on this forum. Lets keep it alive.

Thanks for kind words. There are still many topics in the forum where I can post pics, so be calm
i agree with julia and hope you'll keep participating in this thread. i disagree that people should be picked based on how often they're on the forum. personally, i'm trying to be here a little less.
I follow this thread regularly, but I've never posted here because I just don't take a lot of photos of my knives. However, when I see cool photos here I often show my wife, who has a love for photography, and luckily, appreciates my love for Spyderco knives.
My submission here is hopefully still "following the rules," as it's actually a submission of a photo taken by my wife, and she has asked me to submit it here. She's not into knives enough to join this forum (yet!), but the name she prefers to use on the internet is VeloSueraptor.
If you'll accept her submission, she'd love to play along through my account, and if she does win, of course she would happily pick the next winner and runner-up! If we are disqualified under this scenario, that's OK, and we're still happy to submit her photo here for you to see anyway.
We recently went camping at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, which we are lucky to have just a few hours away from our home. As you can see hinted at in the photo, the fall colors were absolutely stunning, and we timed our trip just right. The sprint run S45VN Paramilitary 2 came along with us and made quick work of our camp cooking and snack opening chores.
I am a daily evening forum surfer despite my low post count, and you can bet that my wife will be watching along now that she has tried submitting a photo. :)
welcome! it's just for fun. if anyone cares that you post your wife's photo, they have a very good life with nothing better to worry about and you shouldn't feel bad for them. beautiful shot, btw. i love the contrast of the green with the fall colors.

Your wife has a really cool username. Better let her create an account here before someone steals that username :D :D :D
Kidding aside, that's a really nice shot of an awesome knife. I hope you could encourage your wife to share your love of knives, so that you guys could post here more often. :)
