I use the Police 4 from time to time in the kitchen for fun, on jobs like prepping the ingredients for a batch of hot sauce.

This time I brought out the Gayle Bradley 1:

Yeah, I get Casey’s clips whenever I can. I’ve bought a few MXG clips when Casey’s have been out of stock, and I like their lines, but generally find the Lynch clips to offer superior handling comfort with the lower profile ‘spoon end’.

I’ve been contemplating dressing up the Bradley in some custom African Blackwood or Ironwood scales too.

Maybe when the postal system stabilises a bit...
