Thanks Nick!!! It was a spur of the moment thing when I layed ‘em out to fillet…I had taken all but the Native w/me fishing and looking at them gave me an idea… lighting was poor but still looks decent except for the Pacific blade…saddest part is that’s all we caught and my buddy got skunked (river was chocolate milk from all the rainfall)… but that’s why it’s called fishing and not catching right? 👊

I don’t know if I’m scared or amazed. That’s a unique picture for sure. What an idea! Not many can replicate that one. It gives me trypophobia a little lol.

Thanks Foe and Mrj - just blind luck is all cause I was literally 30 seconds from slicing the first one open…what got me was the clear eyes from being caught an hour before… had the fishing been better we would’ve stayed longer and the eyes would have clouded up

Thanks benben! There's definitely no love lost for this knife here lol. Though I'm more leaning on collecting the Para 3 LWs only compared to the G10s nowadays.

we all knew it was coming when we saw this fantastically creative shot by salty, but i did secretly hope for someone to post something to beat it because i like good photos and i don't particularly care for salty all that much.

first place (with a calendar worthy shot) goes to salty! great creative use of your... environment, and i love to see so many salts featured.
SaltyCaribbeanDfly wrote: Image
second place goes to standy. i've made it known that i would not be excited about translucent yellow scales on a magnacut manix salt, but that right there is not so bad. i love the simplicity and color tone of your shot, and we don't get to see mules in this competition too often. great job!

i really liked all the custom scales featured this week. good job, everyone. it's nice to see people making their knives their own and not being afraid to use and carry them. i hope we see more and more of that.
