Pimped-out Millie

#1

Post by brj »

As I was reading through the Military 2 thread I noticed some suggestions on potential mods to the original (bigger screws and/or lanyard hole, full sized liners, etc) so I thought I'll share with you all how the Millie would look like if totally rebuilt from scratch keeping but the original blade - and having:

Image

Anso-style G10 handles

Image

full sized liners & G10 backspacer (& slightly enlarged lanyard hole)

Image

custom pivot & screws

enjoy !

That's a beautiful piece of work! Give me a 4-way and/or deep carry pocket clip, and remove the back spacer, and I'll take one in every color!

Looks great, but I prefer the nested liners.

"pimped" is not sufficient a word for this beauty. Great work!

Man, that knife looks great. Refined, classy, yet as rugged and utilitarian as the original.

Very cool. Looks great, but with full liners, its not really a Military.

Looks awesome. Does anyone know who to go to for anso textured scales for the military? Feeling inspired.

Simply Stunning.

Love the Anso scales, but the "aged" clip really sets it off!

That is very cool! I'd prefer nested liners, but that's a work of beauty.

Ahhhhh! My eyes they burn. Someone stop the madness!!!

Ok maybe I went a little over the top. Nice work on the knife and all but why you got to hurt my poor Millie.
On my radar: 110V Military, Police 4 and some sweet Rex 45 Military action.

Newest Spydies: S90v Ti Military, Pacific Salt and a special Kiwi.
