Assuming we're talking about lightweight/linerless versions, probably the Military.

I'd rather 'g10' or 'cf' a model that's in frn. I personally want nothing to do with FRN. I like the price of the s110v manix, but I won't bite because of the handle material. I just don't like the feel.

Most of them have been done before. The delica, endura, stretch, dragonfly, manbug, manix2 and native5 have all come in one or the other or both. Look on the second hand market for some and some are currently in production. It isn't S110v but there already is a g10 manix2. It is cheaper and easier to make a g10 version of a frn knife than to make an frn version of a g10 knife because having frn molds made is both difficult and extremely costly.

How do you make a linerless liner lock? :D

The idea of making it linerless really narrows it down to backlocks and cbbl.

With that in mind I really don't know. I personally would have said Native5 but it just happened.

Caly 3/3.5 with the handle texture of the FRN UKPK. I'd jump all over this.

About the only thing I can think of would be a Police model, original profile, FRN handle, and FFG

Here's one way!

In hindsight not the best idea :p

As for answering the actual question, I'd like to see an FRN Chinook1.

Make a Lightweight Chinook with 440V and I'd buy three at least.

Caly 3/3.5. I've found that I prefer my more recently acquired FRN Caly Jr. to either my CF Caly 3/3.5, and I think I'd enjoy seeing either model in FRN.

When I first got bitten by the bug, I was lead to believe that G10 was far superior to the cheap FRN.
Having owned an Endura, Delica, Native, Pingo, I am now a fan of the FRN knives with embedded liners. I'm not too bothered about weight but value sturdiness beyond necessity. (I'm with the Shane Sibert school of thought on that one!)

The Delica is near perfection (if only the Superblue / ZDP189 was offered on Sabre instead of FFG).
Never warmed to the Pingo though because I never trusted the strength of the linerless FRN around the pivot.

Therefore, I'd love to try a PM2 with FRN scales. Only problem might be the extra thickness of that may not work. Still, I'd be down for a sprint if Sal ever decided to explore this avenue...

The C01 Worker would be a perfect candidate, as well as C09 CoPilote. Both are classics from the beginning and would serve well with FRN handles.

Caly 3/3.5 and Chaparral are both great ideas. The Chaparral was designed to showcase a variety of handle materials so it does kind of fit with the theme. Chaparral 5 in frn?

I got all excited to post Millie! when I clicked on this topic. Then I saw Evil already stole my thunder and then BFK has to go and ruin stuff.

For real though a knife with a Military's blade and everything else just like my Dragonfly 2, perfect. All to scale of course lol. No Millie blade and tiny DF handle.

Edit: Did I just describe an Endura?
On my radar: 110V Military, Police 4 and some sweet Rex 45 Military action.

Newest Spydies: S90v Ti Military, Pacific Salt and a special Kiwi.
