Oh heck! Pushed button on Techno. What do I tell SWMBO?

Postby ChrisinHove » Thu Jul 03, 2014 11:01 am

I did it. At last. Pushed the button on my grail, a Techno. I had some great news from my Cardiac doctor earlier and wanted to mark the first day of the rest of my life.

I know you will understand, but what should I say to She Who Must Be Obeyed???! No insurance payout AND another Spydie!

Under the circumstances, buying a Techno seems like a small matter compared to all there is to be thankful for. Just enjoy it. No justification needed. :D

Glad to hear the good news! Nothing wrong with a little celebration purchase! And they are right, forgiveness is much easier to get than permission.

Well, I'm a committed bachelor, so I'm pretty sure my opinion stands out minus me actually saying so.

Never say anything about the shoes they bought. That way when you buy another knife, they just sit quiet and no apologies needed. At least that's what my boss does anyways.
