FRN jester sprint

I would love to see the jester as a surprise addition to the super blue sprints currently happening.

I would also buy copies of any other colors that come out. While I know it is not everyone's preference I would really like at least some of them to be SE. How about a series of colors released over time?

I'd much prefer PE to SE, but lime green would be an excellent color choice. It would be easy enough to distinguish from the originals since a Jester Sprint would almost certainly use something other than AUS-6, and have steel markings.

Are we there yet? If lime green is the same color like on USN forum knives, I will get three PE.

I'd say it's either the same, or so close that you'd only notice a slight difference if you put them side by side. Of course that can happen with 2 batches of what's suppose to be the same color produced several years apart.

Lime green is my all time favorite frn color. A lime green Jester with a zdp-189 P/E blade and a bug logo would be perfect.

We've already produced a green Jester. In order to make a new sprint, it would have to change from previous models (so as not to hurt the value of previous models). You can agree on a color that we've not used before, agree on an edge config or both and we'll do a run.

Since it appears we can't have lime green, I'd like to see Navy Blue or Burgundy with PE.

P.S. For those wondering, these are the colors that have already been done:

*black
*lime green
*pink
*forest green
*blue (Japan only)
*red (Japan only)
*stainless steel
*grey (G-10)

I vote dark green or orange PE. Any color PE!!!

Darn it! Lime/"Toxic" green is my favorite, but I respect the collectibility concerns...

I'd be in for orange as well as long as it's a really bright, almost fluorescent type like the lime green is. Or like a reddish-orange "fire" kind of color which I'm sure hasn't been done before. And ZDP-189 in PE would be awesome.

I'd really buy any version of the Jester, though. It's always been my favorite "mini" knife.

Sal,
Can we keep the old color, if Spyderco will use a steel, different than original run? If I remember correctly it was AUS6, so VG10 or ZDP189 can do the trick.
Of cause dark green or orange will do the trick for me.
