Sadly, but several years ago one of my all time favorites and IMHO one of the best production EDC - Caly3 with VG10 blade and G10 scales was discontinued. Since than many forum members expressed interest in this knife. It is great all around: easy to maintain the blade, which has acceptable for most edge retention and due to G10 scales vs CF scales, price will not brake a bank. Unfortunately, it is not available. May it is time for sprint? So I am wondering, if we beg Sal (the same way we did with Orange Dodo) for sprint will we have enough people, who is interested to buy?
Of course, dark green G10 will be the icing on the cake, but I will interesting in other colors as well. Orange, dark blue, dark burgundy and few more. I still have my caly3, which I carried for more than four years. I have NIB back-up and I certainly will buy the sprint as long as the knife will have solid SS blade. Prefer VG10, but will not pass on SG2 or VG1.
Any thoughts?

I'm in for Orange (or Blue or Green or Red) and VG-10 or whichever steel they were saying is equal to M4.

I'm almost in for any Caly 3 sprint. :)

Yes please! I love my Caly 3.5 and would like to try the Caly 3, but no interest in the clad zdp/cf version.

I am game for anything, even snow or urban digicam. The green, navy and red always top my preferences though. Maybe.... maybe brown.

Sprint run variant has to be different than original production. Either different steel, or scale color or material or something else. Colors are good, gives variety.

I am hoping the recent discussion of a 3.5 sprint will lead to another tandem 3/3.5 run. I would buy one in VG-10, but would prefer to see it in something new :)

I have a Caly 3 and a 3.5. While I really like the 3.5, I just never warmed up to the 3.

I much prefer the Delica in that size and doubt I would buy one.

I would be interested. Puzzling how the clad / ZDP version sold well enough to not get disco'd but the base model didn't.

I would like to see a Caly 3.5 and Caly 3 in brown G10, VG10 is ok, they would match my Calypso...
