Welcome!

Great choice, carrying mine today.
But mine isn't sporting the FFG :( .

I have the same knife. Thinking I will carry it tomorrow. I bought it to see if it's better that the paramilitary 2. Simple answer; own both

Great choice acslayter, I really don't think there is another knife that can touch the Manix 2 for the price. It is just an outstanding model and the new FFG well what can you say.

The best bang for your buck in the Spyderco lineup, and my personal favourite. Congrats on a great buy.

I thought the new FFG Manix 2 was stonewashed -- untrue?

Great knife and welcome to the forum! I agree the FFG is definitely the way to go with these guys... Here's a few of mine (since I can't resist posting pics)... I am really loving the lightweight S110V version and recommend you try that too, it's taken the Manix series to a new level (no offense to the CTS BD1 version). Thanks Spyderco!

Actually I have those too... Here's a couple of the big boys! And I mean big and beefy, these things are beastly cutting machines!

The Manix2 is my favourite too. Which shows you are probably very intelligent and have great taste. :)

Be careful though, as my wife was surprised to learn, the Manix2 will multiply if left alone...

I try Cameron, I'm piled pretty high and deep... And I hear you about them multiplying, they're like Gremlins! I must have got my first one wet because now I have something like 15 or 16 of them of various flavors... Out of all if them, I am still really loving the new lightweight S110V version! It's barely left my pocket since I received it earlier this week! Cheers, Radioactive

Welcome to the forum and the Manix 2! I have a weakness for them as well. I'm up to five now counting the FRN version I just ordered. Life is good in Spydietown!
Time for another :spyder:!
