I thought I would never buy another S30V, I have way too many and don't care for sharpening it.
I ordered it because of the "package" - it's an almost total package for me.
size,
blade shape, the spear/drop point just suites me, no blade hump,
green G10, don't have one,
frame lock
light weight

If the S30V doesn't hack it, I can make another blade, it's pretty simple design.
:D Come home with it.

While I was out in Colorado recently, I learned that the Brouwer went through some CQI changes where the clip position was adjusted and moved further back to allow the knife to sit lower in pocket and they're using a smaller clip in general now. Seems like it was a change that flew under the radar, so just I thought you might like to know. :spyder:

Waiting on the recently discontinued Spyderco Q-Ball. I've always wanted to try out the ball-bearing lock but I'm not particularly interested in buying the Manix 2. Don't get me wrong, I think the Manix 2 is an excellent knife but it's a smidge too big to fit my needs as a work knife. When I saw the Q-Ball selling at crazy low price at my local knife retailer's online store, I had to pull the trigger. It also reminds me a lot of the Yojimbo, which is one of my favourite non-Glesser Spyderco designs.

Two k390 Para 2’s and two Cruwear Delicas on the way. :D
