Nope. Ordered another last week because I figure mine got lost in the mail.

I got mine the other day. I got them in under two weeks I think. Maybe I got lucky.

Did the same. Now we've screwed the experiment up though, because we won't know if one ever arrives, whether it came from the first or second request. Guess it won't matter at that point...

Mine came with the mule/swick order. I'm thinking that frenzy would account for a lot of the catalogues and the slower-than-normal response time.

Nope, ordered it back when they first came out. I too put in a request for another a few weeks ago.

I received one along with my last order from Spyderco. I don't know if they are printing them in both small and large format like some other years, mine was the "small" booklet format.
Which Knife, A or B? get Both! (and C, D and E) :)

Most of us know that the pdf version has been out for a while but I always want a hard copy and Im sure others want one as well.
