Hi all,

As you can see I collected 24 <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> over the last years. 25 seems like a celebrational figure + the end of the year is nearing ... (reasons to buy <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> galore <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> ).

What would you advise me as my 25th one ?

Thanks for the input.

Philip

Hi,
Cool,
1. what is a Glasshartt special ?
2. how to get a Glasshartt special (in Europe) ?
3. what does a glasshartt special cost ?
(Nice to get a "cool" feedback from "THE cool&quot<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Hmmm, opinions vary ... kiwi to civilian.

What is the one above the two Q's? An experimental? It looks like a SS Navigator.

Philip -

GlassHartt specials are SS Spydies that have been engraved with a spiderweb pattern, sometimes with optional personalization. A forumite will post a suggestion for a particular model to be engraved, other forumites join in and she consolidates an order for all.
I don't know the details, but I am aware that she has gotten knives for members who live in Europe.
You can email Linda at GlassHartt@aol.com. She will provide a price list, and I am sure, help you aquire a "special" or most any other Spydie you want.
BTW - I think a Civilian would go well with that collection.
Good luck in your search.

Philip357,

John Jensen still has serialed C12CF Civilians in PE and SE. Try his web site at johnfjensen.com. Otherwise, I'd opt for the CF Police also. Best of luck and "HAPPY 25th"

Very C<img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>L Spydie collection, Philip! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

As mentioned in earlier posts, I would recommend adding a Civilian to your collection.

BTW, here are some pics of a Glasshart engraved SS Endura and SS Native.

Great bunch of spidies, Phil! The guys are right, seems that a Police or a Civilian would fit nicely there <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Philip357,

To me, your already very nice collection is calling out loudly for a Police model. I was going to immediately suggest one of the new s/s models with VG-10 steel, but I agree...the CF model due to come out soon will no doubt be something special, in terms of it's collectability and understated elegance.

Have fun selecting whatever knife it is you decide to get, and congratulations on a beautiful collection. Thanks for the look.
