Re: Your top 3 Spyderco folders :spyder:
1. Michael Walker Sprint
2. Orange Manix 2 (but I use an original manix 2LW)
3. Sage 1
2. Orange Manix 2 (but I use an original manix 2LW)
3. Sage 1
Current favorite: Manix 2 with carbon fiber scales and cru-ware.
Re: Your top 3 Spyderco folders :spyder:
At present time, Southard , para 2, stretch frn, sage 1, I could never count that well. Having fun.
Re: Your top 3 Spyderco folders :spyder:
1. Manix 2 Cruwear, chosen over my S30V Manix 2 because of the FFG and skeletonized liners. Every bit as practical, but also more special.
2. Rubicon. Truly unique, even among Spyderco's high end collaborations. Peerless quality, although impractical.
3. Southard, because it strikes a good balance between my number 1 and 2 choices. 204p is a killer steel, and the blade-to-handle ratio is impressive.
Honorable mention goes to the Super Blue Endura for being incredibly functional and sporting Super Blue, one of my favorite steels.

Re: Your top 3 Spyderco folders :spyder:
Tough to pick only three, and with all those new models coming out it can change all the time. This is my current top three:
1) Stretch 2, in most any variation, lately I've been giving my super blue sprint run a good work-out in the kitchen. I love this steel for foodprep somehow.
2) Chaparral in ti, it's a great allround 'pocket knife' that is easy to use around non-knife people as well.
3) Rubicon, I got this at Christmas and this is one of those folders that might not be the most practical 24/7 carry folders (it's a bit thick and the tail of the handle is a bit sharp), but man it is a gorgeous little beast that's just plain fun to use and show off.
Historically speaking, the Delica and Caly/Calypso jr/UKPK family of knives are among my most carried designs, next to the Stretch 2.
