Why All the Love for the Delica?

I have more delicas than any other spyderco. They are a great all around knife that does 99% of what 99% of the knife carrying population needs to do with a knife. They are well designed, well made and priced very well and come in a staggering variety of options now. Its not my favorite spydie nowadays, but its an old reliable.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

Just got: Zcarta Shaman

The "Spirit" of the design does not come through unless used. -Sal

+1 on this sentiment.

The G10 Delica is one of my favorites and I kick myself for not getting a pre-need replacement.

The basic configurations really do meet most of what a normal knife user needs. That being said the fact we are on this forum confirms we are not the norm.
