(another one of those) Next Purchase Suggestion
So, my current lineup is now: Delica FRN, Stretch, Sage 2, and Chaparral. I also have a Vic Cadet on the keychain for sheeple and utility.
I do like variety so, that being said, what would you all suggest as a next purchase to fill in the gaps for basic EDC stuff?

seems like your pretty well covered as far as edc goes. if u want to try something different, id try out a dfly2 or caly3. if u want to make ur lineup more well rounded, i would look into the gayle bradley folder or the SOUTHFORK! :D

For under a hundred each you could check out an xhp Native or a Super blue Endura. Blades made from excellent material not often found in other brands. I'm surprised both are still available :D

Xhp native. You get a nice steel and made in Colorado.

I see your point. However, I've found that the curve of the Techno's handle allows me to get a firm 3 1/2 finger grip. Even so, it's a small knife and probably wouldn't be used for many thrusting activities. (FWIW, the jimped blue G-10 spacer actually "bites" into the rearmost part of my palm, thereby adding to the security of the grip).A-Ro wrote:I will say I'm not a real fan of the Techno. The lack of a real choil scares me.

LBK all the way.jabba359 wrote:A Ladybug or Manbug. I find myself using my Ladybug more than just about any other knife. It's small, affordable, capable, and doesn't scare the non-knife people.
Ladybugs, G10 Manbug, Balance, Cricket, Air, maybe dig up a sprint run Meerkat? A Dragonfly is a must, dress it up in G10 or get wet with H1.
That's my vote.

...Quite enjoyable and satifsying to have the number of knives decrease but the sharpness of the edges increase. The eternal quest for least resistance;)
Enjoy your edges folks:)
