Daughter's 1st Real Knife

#1

Post by 26.2Madness »

When I asked my 11 year old Daughter what she wanted for X-Mas, at the top of her list was, "a real knife like Dad's". I am carrying a PM2. She got a purple Delica for X-mas.

She is now fighting her second bout with cancer, so, with the help of Spyderco, this turned out to be one of her better days.

Madness,

Beautiful picture! I wish you, your daughter and the rest of your family a happy new year.

BTW I gave my daughter her first knife for Christmas also. A Tattoo Dragonfly.

That Dragonfly Tattoo is also a nice knife. Almost got that one for her. I was debating between the purple Delica and that Dragonfly.

My daughter wanted a purple Dragonfly, but they don't make the Dragonfly in purple  . She's a little intimidated by anything bigger so I went with the tattoo. She loves it.

You can see that beautiful smile and happiness in her eyes, that is what it is all amount. A Daddy's girl she loves and respects very much, a dad that cares and listens to his daughter, and try's to make each day the best she can have, Prayers always to both of you, good days and not so goods. To days when they all good - God Bless.

I see a lot of card board behind her she cam put that knife to work.
