Looks like the Manix 2 is now FFG. I'm sure that will make a lot of folks happy. Tatanka looks interesting. I'd like to see a diagram of the "Power Lock."

EDIT: Never mind. Found the diagram in the back of the catalog.
In chronological order:
Paramilitary 2, BD30P Manix 2, Delica 4, M390 Mule, XHP Military, Dragonfly 2, Woodcraft Mule, ZDP-189 Manbug, Cruwear Mule, Superleaf, Forum Native 5, Manix 2 XL, Endura 4

Thanks -

Why was I thinking that the Assist was soon to be discontinued?

Can anyone else see the pictures on the Stretch/P'kal page 17?

I gotta get a Roc, just for fun

The Kiwi 4 looks really nice. I like the Firefly and the Tatanka as well. My knife budget was very small for 2014. I may have to get a second job after all.

Nothing new that screams "I must have one, right now". That should save me some money. I like the lines of the Draper, although the handle is a bit gaudy. So, SB Stretch, Dyad, Des Horn, Vallotton, Yo2, maybe a FFG Manix, whatever Mules come out ... glad I'm going to save so much money. LOL

Gordon

Edited to add: Oh yeah, the Worker. Want.

The Draper blade shape is cool, not really digging the hanlde.
The Tatanka is doolworthy as well.

Oooh very intriguing! Anyone know anything about the LC200N steel in the Tusk? It looks similar to H1 but with better machinability. I like the look of it though, and if price permits, I want to pick one up. No need for a marlin spike but it doesn't look like it'd be too hard to grind that into a bottle opener :p

Also, is anyone else interested in the PowerLock™ in the Tatanka? I wanna now how that differs from the regular backlock!

Also, really looking forward to the Clipitools, they seem like they'd be perfect for lanyard carry!

EDIT: Whoa just noticed the Manix2 now is FFG this is awesome!

Some interesting looking things in there...love the Serge folder, I think. I love his stuff, but I'm not sure about that "choil"? area...

Double Bevel, "Kiwi" (its not a real kiwi IMO), Tatanka, Clipitools, Spy-DK and Worker sprint are all very likely going to be added to the collection. Interested in the Serrata too.

Is it just me or is there a HUGE amount of Japanese made knives going on here? So much VG-10!

Is page 17 text only for everyone, or am I the only one where it's not showing pictures of the Stretch and P'kals?

No kidding. TONS of new stuff. Gonna take a while to digest it all, but yeah, VG10 is the steel of 2014. I'd have loved it if some of them had varied flavors, but, hey. It's all good.

The link? Yeah, you have to go in manually to Spyderco.com. Down at the bottom is a button for "not mobile"

It's a pain, but it works (I just did it on my iPad 1 - mini retina arrives Mon!)

I will def. buy the Karahawk, the ROC, Kiwi 4. The Firefly is interesting and so is the Tatanka...I'd like to see the swedge on it carried further up the blade. The SpyDK is kinda cool too...like a baby Calypso
Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.
