Here are is my favorite knife(s) :) I believe the Chaparral series is about a perfect EDC knife. For me anyway. I need to take better pictures of my Chaparral. This one is about the best I have and it doesn't bring out the beauty of this knife at all. OTOH, that may just be my lack of skill. The Manbugs are also a very sturdy small knife that will cover 90% of my cutting.
Caly 3 Damascus. I like this knife so much I've started to fear I'm going to lose it. It was a gift from my wife and I was blown away she would buy it for me. If I do decide to put it away my next favorite knife would probably be the Gayle Bradley.
Don't mess with the Spyder because you think you're fly.

I love all my Spydercos. It's a toss up. I like the size/weight and feel in hand of Chaparral just a little better than Caly but what I like better on Caly is the Carbon Fiber scales, the blade steel, and the amazing smoothness. I like my Southard best to play with, it's so much fun and carries well.
If I had to pick a personal favorite, hmm…. I think I would pick Delica. It personifies what a knife should be. Great steel that shapens up easily, great blade shape, lightweight, carries well in the pocket, FRN scales can take a beating, feels good in hand, and price point doesn't deter me from tackling any task I encounter.

Most Carried: Sebenza Insingo small, Chaparral, Modded Southard Flipper, Delica 4, Ritter Mini-Grip, Techno, Injection 3.0
Wishlist 2014: Sage 2, Mnandi, Krein Alpha,
Other's I own or have sold: Vallotton, Anso Zulu, Blur CF, Scallion, Leaf Storm, Sage 2, Caly 3 CF
Flashlight EDC: Preon 0, Peak Eiger AAA Oveready edition with QTC & momentary button Nichia 219 emitter, Beta-QR, Muyshondt Aeon

From a pure "fondness" perspective and it has nothing to do with pocket carry time or usefulness, I'd have to say the original, emerald green plain edge Bob Lum Chinese folder.
