Today? My CF Caly 3.

(Though any other day it could be the Southard---it really is a toss-up)

Whoops. Yeah, the lanyard hole. Well that's embarrassing!

The introvert, cause I designed the knife I wanted - and Spyderco made one or two of them as prototypes.

My favorite is the green G10 J.D. Smith sprint. I have lots of Spydies and I rotate my carry often, but for some reason the J.D. Smith just does it for me - its one of a select few knives that I keep a spare around.

I have a diffucult time getting down to 5. Right now the best I can do is:

Ti/M4 Millie
Cruwear millie
Super blue endura
Cruwear mule

The Cruwear millie bumped the BG42 millie

I can not put down my Domino either and also find myself feeling for the flipper in my other knives now :) ... I also must give my Caly 3.5 equal footing though as my favorite, it'll have to be a tie!

BTW, excellent edges on those blades David!

The Domino has relegated my other knives to storage. It's perfect.

Wow, this is tough, but my favorite of favorites is my Original Starmate PE. The quality and style in this just cannot be beaten, and I have lots to choose from in my collection. Coming in a close second is my Lil' Temp Rhino, another beast that must be used to be appreciated.

Well, I want to add that my favorite in-house spydie has to be the Delica 4 FFG.

I don't think I could ever really choose just one fave, so here's my CURRENT top five:

1. Centofante 4
2. Delica 4 (especially FFG with G-10 scales)
3. CF Harpy
4. Dodo
5. Caly 3

When I first started carrying Spyderco, I was really into the "tank" knives such as the Lil Temp, Yojimbo, Paramilitary, so on and so forth. In recent years I have come to prefer a lighter carry, and I also stopped using the pocket-clip a few years back too.

This is too difficult...so I am breaking it down by categories of "most favorite:"
1. Most favorite Clipit = Caly, Jr. VG10 Gray FRN...slim profile, negligible weight, pocket clip, nearly 3" blade-- what's not to love?
2. Most favorite EDC = Manbug...great for mail, packages, string, etc.
3. Most favorite fondled = Phoenix...this knife stays on top of my dresser for the main purpose of sheer visual and tactile enjoyment on my behalf.
4. Most favorite reliable = Military (any steel)...very serviceable open design, size/strength/weight ratio is high in the large blade category--- if i ever have a true SHTF moment, I'm covered in the emergency cutting aspect, as long as I'm not at work where I'm prohibited from having knives :(
