Just don't count Eric's blurry initial on the blade. Or if you did, I didn't see any rules about not entering again, but that wouldn't be in the spirit of the contest either... unless maybe you made a mistake ;)
K-390 on hand: Mule Team 17, Police 4 G-10, Endela (burlap micarta), Endela backup, Endura (canvas micarta), Straight Stretch (now blade-swapped with G-10 Stretch), Delica Wharncliffe, Dragonfly Wharncliffe, & Dragonfly Wharncliffe shorty mod
Note to self: Less is more.

Thanks for the contest Taz and Spyderco! I'd just like to let you know, there are a bunch of smudge marks on my computer screen now from where I was touching my finger to count them! Although this did help, if a bug already had a smudge then I must've already counted it so I knew not to count it again!

Don´t forget the two knives as well...those Spyders are bugs as well... :D One remark: I LIKE those little steel spyders in the pic. They make perfect imprints in leather sheaths; small and subtle! like-like-like

The contest just went live yesterday when it was posted on facebook. If you did something a couple of days ago... it wasn't this one. ;)
I guess it was yesterday then cause it was the same pic. I submitted the same answer again.

My only confusion is are we counting visible bugs or how many are physically in that pic?

Well, I miscounted the visible :spyder: s the first time around, and it told me so and let me try again. So, if your entry was accepted on the web page, I'm pretty sure you got it right.

Since the contest just asked for email address, not forum name (and was offered through facebook also) not all of the winners will necessarily be forum members. Last year when I won, I just received an email stating that I won and asking for my address. I don't remember seeing a posting of names of winners (and would *not* like to see a public posting that included email addresses :) ).
Which Knife, A or B? get Both! (and C, D and E) :)
