I feel like that would not be in keeping with the intent of the chaparral platform.
Why not? The Chaparral is supposed to showcase the many handle materials available, so I don't see why FRN couldn't be one of them. I know FRN isn't generally perceived as a classy gentleman's material, but the Centofante 3/4 are great examples of FRN that, when textured and contoured correctly, can look fairly nice as well.
I think FRN can look decent if done right like on Centofante as you state. I think though that it's still a compromise once you enter the gentlemans folder category.

I totally understand the benefits of FRN handles but when it comes to the chaparral folder I would not find them very elegant. To be fair, if they did make one, those that did not like the handle could certainly opt to not purchase it.
Current favorite: Manix 2 with carbon fiber scales and cru-ware.
