That came out of nowhere...I still want a duplicate of the spydie santoku with a nice handle....a set of spydie kitchen knives with carbon fiber handles....mmmmmm as Homer would say.

I've been looking for a spyderco kitchen knife. These are looking pretty nice

The original Spyderco kitchen knives had no hole in the blade either, but they were actual Spyderco products. Sometimes the hole in the blade is not always the best indicator.
