I think Half Sack was talking about all previous threads up to this point.

Thanks to you Kristi and Spyderco.

Is the knife restricted to forum members only?

Looks great by the way. And from what I understand about that steel this is an excellent price for the knife.

Thanks for the information Kristi.

Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to miss out on this one, but I certainly look forward to seeing some photos from the ones that do get it.

Excited to see everyone land one or two. I still have to pass (baby, move, job, yadayadayada) so I hope someone who deserves one gets one!
Thanks for such a great offer Spyderco!

On top of all the other things to like about this knife, I like that the statement about the forum is fairly discreet*. Somehow, this makes it seem like it will be at home in your pocket or hand. If it were scrawled the full length of the blade, it would make it seem like it should be restricted to a display case or mantle piece. Nothing wrong with that I guess, but this is definitely one I would be proud and happy to carry and use. I hope to buy just one... got to allow for something in Super Blue sometime soon.

*Edit: assuming it's like the production prototype pictured ;)
