GSO's Image List

Image There will be mistakes, so when you find them, just chuck me an PM and I will fix them.

Total Image = 1131

Couldn’t do this list without Spydiewiki.
The guys have done a great job there.

And congratulations on your 400th post! :D
I have had the shirt for years, I'm thinking '07 or '08. I got it at SFO and I haven't seen any down there in a long time, sorry :(.
400th post was a surprise, obviously 16 years to get there is not as fast as some but what the ****, I'm still here and enjoying the place as much as ever.

Ah I see, too bad :(
Might get lucky and see one pop up in the future.

I've been lurking around the forums for quite some time before registering, but I've ramped up my posts quite fast :p

So the question of the day is-
What is the difference between a C81PCMO2 and a C81GPCMO2?

My kid was a SFO today and told me he had a camo sticker, so I asked what he bought and one of the items was a C81GPCMO2, which doesn't appear to be on the list. So I'll throw it out there for discussion, what is the difference?

C81PCMO2 - Para-Military 2 Camo - Page 5 - Reject
ImageThe difference is that there is a bloke on the other side on the planet that has trouble reading Spyderco boxes.

Image He has a tendency to leave the “G” out of C81GPCMO2 when he submits a raise.

Hey! I’m here in down under; Image the boxes are hard to read when they are upside down.

Au contraire my dear dunderhead from down under, I will not allow you to fall on the sword, or in your case fall away from the sword.

Prior to making the post I did a quick search to see if it was just a typo, and in the process I found many examples of both numbers being used interchangeably making me think at some point both numbers have been in use.

Here are several examples of the things I found-

http://www.wholesalehunter.com/product. ... d=11086558" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

This one even has both numbers in its URL. (...orts.com/spyderco-paramilitary2-camo-g-10-plainedge-c81pcmo2-c81gpcmo2/)
http://www.explosivepowersports.com/spy ... c81gpcmo2/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... =506881574" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm still wondering if there are any camo para's out there without the G...

It's the same knife. G just means G10. They never made a camo PM2 in anything other than G10, so whenever you see it without the G it is just a typo or intentionally shortened/simplified SKU.

An assertion?
Awful lot of typo's out there, intentionally changing SKU's doesn't make much sense either.

Well then why did you ask what the difference is? Several people told you: there is no difference.

Because of the prevalence of both numbers.

Not several, two.

So, was the G-less number ever put on a box, in a catalog?
