I don't mind when the back is covered - if I wear the watch it doesn't matter, and when I don't, I can just yank the strap out of the way for a view.

This Sage 3 arrived today. I can't believe it was sitting on a store shelf all these years waiting for me to find it :)

That's a nice picture, don't see enough of the Advocate.
Thank you! I agree. Not seen nearly enough. Definitely in my top 5 edc.
I love almost everything about mine, except the detent is horrible. (which IMO makes the whole point of a flipper frustrating)

Hey Rick, this is the second outdoor/nature knife pic in a row you post, love it! :)

But: Not typical for you, are you on holiday (and not in your work) or just trying a new style?
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

First time bouldering after a due to injury break of over 5 weeks... despite a still splinted thumb it feels great! :)
... and so does my Pac Salt... ;)

I actually am at work, I've been helping stage lay down area's outside for a lot of equipment we've been having delivered the past few days for a multi million dollar machine upgrade we have coming up next week. It's been beautiful weather, so I sneak off and take a few photos when nobody is around :) Figured I'd switch up my typical photos while the opportunity is there!

The gist is, if a single spring bar fails, you lose the watch on the original straps and bracelets, but not with a NATO or RAF strap,
Hmm.. I haven't thought of this.

that's basically the point of the nato straps. as long as there is a strap running under both spring bars, if one fails, you won't lose your watch. i just wear them because i like having the option to change my watches up for different looks.
