Yup, 8 point with a 18 inch spread. That is pretty good around here. It wasn’t easy. I put a lot of time in this year. I have probably spent 80 hours in the woods this fall. I still have doe tags for archery and muzzleloader so we aren’t done yet.

Back to the Stretch 1 for now

As much as I love my two Manix LW, in that size range in the long run the Stretch 1 is still better in my use for several reasons:
More cutting edge, the long, totally straight section in the edge makes it a better whittler than the pretty curved Manix edge, and the ergos of the Stretch 1 are more comfortable for me in prolongued use.
