I have a Microlight coming in the mail right now, plus a new belt sheath for my Leatherman Wave. Figured it's time to step up my EDC. I'm really looking forward to the flashlight; I think I'll be using it a lot, probably more than my knives actually!
Congrats! I use my Microstream WAY more than any of my knives/multitools. A small flashlight is something I never leave the house without. I love knives, but there are times when I wonder why I'm not more of a flashlight "enthusiast" the way I am with knives.
Did you get a factory made sheath from Leatherman, or an after market sheath?
Hmmmm, I also also use my lights more than my knives, to be totally honest. And I did become at least a mild flashlight enthusiast because of this.
Are there enough of "us" here to warrant a "What Spyderco and Flashlight are in your pocket today??" thread? :D

I'm guessing it would have pretty good participation here. :)

I just ordered my first two edc flashlights (an olight i3t and a microstream) after realizing I use the crappy flashlight on my phone multiple times a day. I'd like to see a thread like this to expland my knowledge on the subject.PeaceInOurTime wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 10:07 pmautoxer wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 9:39 pm

Back to this today. I've more or less been rotating btw this, the 4v manix, the 10v pm2 and the k390 pm2 the last few weeks.

Too bad she's rotating some terrible knives though :p Hahaha, that's a great stable to rotate through!

Yeah, I'm not a patina person. I like to keep 'em shiny. :D

I thought you may have polished it somehow, but I guess it's probably my patina dulling the finish.
By the way, you are the enabler of my TeroTuf. I like them so much that I have another set coming in, forest green.
