Warhammer 40000 is- basically- Lord Of The Rings on a cocktail of every drug known to man and genuine lunar dust, stuck in a blender with Alien, Mechwarrior, Dune, Starship Troopers, Fahrenheit 451 and Star Wars, bathed in blood, turned up to eleventy billion, set on fire, and catapulted off into space screaming "WAAAGH!" and waving a chainsaw sword- without the happy ending.

I'm carrying my newest Spyderco purchase, a brown Manix 2 lightweight with CTS-XHP (the Knife Center Exclusive). I literally received it in the mail an hour ago. My initial impression is that it's going to be a fantastic knife. I really like it.

The past few days I have been "lugging" around a PM2 with the Flytanium and the CPM S110V. http://iob.imgur.com/uYGg/x4OqNakUgA

The titanium's weight adds a significant difference to the way my PM2 carries and handles, obviously. A pro for the weight is that it will have a harder time accidentally leaving my pocket; as in, if I were to snag the clip on something in passing, the knife would be anchored in my pocket better than the lighter G10 scales. And if it did somehow escape my pocket, the absence of the substantial weight would be much more noticeable. I've had knives with FRN handles ejected from my pocket whilst passing other employees and obstacles in tight working spaces, without knowing it right away. Anybody else lose or misplace a knife that was clipped to your pocket?

On a sidenote, my small knife for the past few days was the ZDP189 Dragonfly II :D

I lost my Delica, which was clipped to my pocket, at work. Fortunately, a co-worker overheard my wails of sorrow (actually overheard me calling reception and asking about it) and mentioned that he knows who found it.
