Well, it would have been the 52100 PM2 I bought on the secondary market. Instead, the person sent me a BM 940. Nice enough knife, but it's not what I expected.

Putting the 100Pacer thru its 'Paces'; prepped slow cooker Carnitas for tomorrow... love the way it processes food (debones very well) 🐍

It would get a lot more carry if it wasn't CE ... whilst I like to be able to take my knives apart, this one proves, once again, that I don't need to.
