What is it?! ;)
Lightweight Chap?
Bingo!!! :D
(you also see part of my hometown and on the left the mountain I visit and climb the most of all, since it´s so close (more than once a week I guess)
I won't lie and say I'm not jealous :p
I love going to the woods and the mountains... But living in the Netherlands means the highest "mountain" I've got around me in a radius of a hundred miles is a bridge...
I do like taking the car to Germany every now and then and just hike for the weekend :)

Great choice of knife by the way!
Love the Chap! The only rendition of it I'm missing is the lightweight one.
Yeah, I really could not live without mountains right at hand tbh... but then I grew up like this. And I´ve been to the Netherlands, liked Amsterdam and being at the sea (which we don´t have in Austria).
If you ever visit my homecountry, shoot me a message if you like, and I show you some great mountains. :)

/ I am a bigger-knife-guy (Endura-size) generally, but the Chap really blew me away and is the only small folder I REALLY like...
Do yourself a favor and get the LW version also! I´d think it´s the most practical in use (though admittedly I never had any other version)and the FRN texturing is very nice.
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

Hi there, yes they are modded stock scales. The rock pattern work was done by Derrick Ryan of DRS Bladeworks in Canada (I don’t think he’s doing knife mods any more though unfortunately).

Para 3 LW yet again! Haven’t had much make me want to stop carrying this one, really been loving it!

This shot is from a backpacking trip earlier this week! One of the nicest spots from the trail!

Great shot Nick! Whereabouts is that? Haha doesn't look like anywhere I know of around Boston.. White Mtns?

I definitely agree with your assessment of the Para 3 LW..I've been enjoying mine a lot lately as well, especially as we enter summer.. aka "shorts season" for me.. it carries very nicely.

Love your avatars btw..

Ikuchi for me today. Made short work of some plastic strapping on a box of oranges we received at the office..
