This video will give you some ideas.

Thanks! That was very indepth of an efficient setup. I already have a small triangle frame bag, but I may have to get a large one like your's.

Have either of you tried panniers? When I was cycling to work on my Bianchi cyclocross they worked great for a change of clothes and lunch. That was back when we had a shower and lockers at the office, long gone now.

I've been considering panniers. I'm also looking at a child carrier (trying to find a good way to carry both of my one year old twins :thinking ) and I may be able to rig some sort of pannier up to the carrier.
I towed my twins in a little 2-seats-side-by-side trailer.

Yes, on other bikes. They're good for high capacity, but overkill for smaller loads. The racks alone with no bags on them weigh more than my frame bags, and my carbon road bike has no mounting points for them either. They make more sense for certain bikes & trips, while frame bags are better in other situations.

Well thanks!

I wanted to show both sides so I taped a large travel mirror to the edge of the counter, then set the knife close to the edge and the right distance from the mirror. I held the iPhone away from the knife to avoid shadows, then zoomed in tight and cropped the picture to edit out everything behind the mirror. (me)

Like this, unedited.

didn't start off with any intention of carrying it all month, but...

I recently acquired a used PITS. Its anodizing is no longer as vivid as yours, but, wow, what a spectacular design.
