I feel you, I’ve done this to every steel I own short of H1. For me preventative maintenance is out of the question; I just clean the rust off when it crops up and go on with my life. Excited to see how 20cv hold up in the corrosion regard—I have a Jester on the way.vivi wrote: Welcome to my life lol.
Now all you need to complete the Vivi starter pack is have someone tell you how they don't see no rust because they know how to maintain their tools

Very nice. Love the ano’ed scales, SG. Did you do those yourself?

For sure! My wife got me an anodizing setup for Christmas a couple of years ago and, although I am nowhere near proficient, I do have a lot of fun with it. It is kind of creepy to see little sparks dance around the water when you’re soaking Ti. But I guess that’s why they recommend wearing rubber gloves. Lol

You and Vivi are hopeless and shouldn’t even have knives if you’re not going to maintain them.

looks like someone went pew-pewing today :)
That big'ole Ghost Peppah from yesterday, cut up and getting ready to go in with the keen-wah, and 'course the pollo got grilled with a lime, ginger, and soy sauce baste...
So Yummy & Good!
Still the Gen1 PE PacSalt with it's low grit edge. It GRABBED the pepper on contact, and then it's keen and thin edge allowed it to basically fall through effortlessly, slice after slice :)
Yes - the pepper was properly Hot :)

True. Vivi has proven time and time again that he knows nothing 'bout knives and I can't remember ever learning anything from him ...vivi wrote:

The best folder ever made, in this exact version... at least that's how I feel for already several days now.
I know from experience that this will change at some point, the Stretch 1 will slip to rank two and the Endura will be number one for me again... and then, after some time, this will switch again. I'll never be able to make a final decision...
