Glad to see it survives the ice age test! Welcome back to life Sir Salt. Now we know they survive both extremes.. ice and tucked away in a sock!

Yes I do. Really like the feel it gives, a lot more grip than the original.

Glad to hear you’re liking it. Mine hardly ever leaves my pocket. It just has such a sturdy feel to it in addition to being comfortable to use. The S90v is awesome too. Holds an edge really well in my use.

Forget the Tupperware buddy. I see that Case IH hat. I thought you were a Deere fan! I believe you have some explaining to do? :winking-tongue
Just kidding. They make excellent machines too! The cab and the seats in the newer models are like a luxury vehicle. Heated and cooled leather seat that feels like a La-Z-Boy recliner. I don’t know why it took so long to get that option in tractors.

My son-in-law works at the Case plant in Goodfield , Illinois and gifted me the beanie. My uncle actually owned a International dealership in Greenfield , Illinois . Yes I am a Deere fan! I found a John Deere B to take a picture with the Naive Chief in town but need for weather to break and talk to owner . Antique tractors are a big thing around my area , I would love to have one for pulls and charity runs but too many other toys in garage .

I did the exact same thing to my M390 Manix and I really like it as well! I did have issues with my CBBL sticking after I did the swap, but I got it all sorted out.

I knew I'd love it, but I actually do more so than I imagined. S90V has been an eye opener for a stainless steel that's for sure. I've been using it pretty hard in the warehouse all week thus far. Cleaned up the tape gunk and gave it a few passes on the brown rods held in hand last night...literally 4 passes on each side, back to popping hairs without touching the skin. It really didn't even need a touchup, I just wanted to see if I would see a difference. Wishing I pulled the trigger on ANY S90V knife I've passed up along the way the past few years. Excited to actually give it a full sharpening eventually, something tells me that won't be necessary for quite a while though.
