This is what I got in the mail today. My most rare Spydie yet (maybe ever)... And it's an amazing example of a Manix 2, the action perfectly flawless, the blade deeply stonewashed and the edge still razor sharp. I am a happy Spydernut tonight! :D Some quick pics:

If I ever make it to Golden, pretty sure I know which knife I'd ask Eric to autograph! Cheers, Radioactive :)

Radio, that is an epic find. Wanted one of those from way back, even before the first Manix 2 sprint runs were being created. The tip up only carry is a nice variation too.

Got a blacked out Southard in the post yesterday. So far I am really liking it a lot - bigger than I need for office use but what the heck. I'll be carrying this for a while to see how quickly the black weathers. The Ti is already showing a bit of wear but I like the weathered look on coated knives. Methinks that shortly the clip is coming off and the lanyard tube is coming out though.

Thanks guys, I'm still in shock a little at finding it (and for not much more than a Cruwear sprint).

Hom76, that's a sweet Native there! I like the clip (from Casey?) and especially the CF scales. It took me a minute to realize the scale mod. Nice piece!

Thanks, man! Yes, the clip is from Casey. It makes the knife carry really fine. The scales are from Cuscadi. They make really nice scales!

^ Love that. I've never seen titanium look like jigged bone, but it looks awesome on that knife!

Before picking this one up, I couldn't recall ever seeing it before either.
