Family function this evening so the Ti, "Why do you need a knife that big you psycho?", Millie is getting shelved in lieu of my semi-custom Caly 3.5 carbon/VG-10. Much more civil(ian)ized. But I see that my new Nishijin "R" is waiting for me at my PO Box. Hmmm, too many options.

The "R" wins. What a great knife, fits perfectly. :)

Spencer, that Caly 3 SB shows some real wear (love). I put a mirror bevel on mine tonight. Man that steel screams. So aggressive!

Its an amazing steel!! :D i had my WE installed on my desk and i recently got rid of it. i ordered a WE base a week ago and i cant wait for it to come so i can reprofile a couple knives! the SM is an amazing system, but right now im definitely have withdraw from my WE :(

Found a nice "used" Caly 3.5 VG10 with newly applied 15 degree bevel per side and a bit of polishing. Made a lanyard tonight, usual black paracord.

M4 Military...

Since replacing the standard SS clip last month with a Ti low rider from STR, this knives is seeing ALOT more pocket time than before. Funny what huge difference a clip can make.
